Just been to Country Cabin this morning for the LED light treatment facial .. I’ve recently went through a 4 week course of lymphatic drainage with Michelle @countrycabin and I couldn’t recommend it enough!! I have had troubles with back, knee and ankle pain/swelling for a couple years due to previous sporting injuries I have tried physios and chiropractors just to get a bit of relief but nothing helped… until I decided to try lymphatic drainage my swelling in my knee and ankle are non existent now and my back has never felt so free the instant pain relief that it gave me i couldn’t even put it into words. It has also greatly relieved bloating around my stomach area and reduced cellulite around my legs. So if you’re thinking of trying lymphatic drainage DO IT!!! Michelle is so lovely and will answer any questions you have about the process I really couldn’t recommend it or her enough. ❤️

My daughter and I had a lovely time here! Michelle makes you feel so welcome! We had back massages - which were out of this world, and facials which were also incredible! We spent the afternoon between the hot tub and the sauna whilst being treated to lovely nibbles and herbals teas! Was just what we both needed and we’ll definitely be back again soon! ❤️
