Cancellation Policy

All treatments including spa area require a booking fee

⁃ Less than 24hrs notice will incur a 75%
charge
⁃ No show willincur 100% charge
⁃ Repetitive occurances of any of the above
will mean you are taken off my client list.

Deposits are non refundable and non transferable to another day / treatment

Any offers for lymphatic drainage / presso therapy will be paid for upfront
With your 4th FREE treatment booked at same time

All contrast therapy sessions
Are paid upfront and your slots booked for no contact sessions

If you cancel or are a no show for any of the above you lose your slot
